The upcoming jazzy-puppet-examining-trumpet day

Hey there, world.

Not much has changed since last blog. The final exam of my GCSE's is on wednesday (and yes, yes I should be revising right now) and I have somehow ended up in the brewery dance platform on saturday, performing a dance I barely know (did I mention I also have to be dressed in braces, shorts, a shirt and a dicky bow tie!).
My fame and fortune is also increased by the gig with Brewery Youth Jazz Orchestra (BYJO) on wednesday.
Which is convieniently the day of the exam.
The day of a puppeteering rehearsal.
The day of my trumpet lesson.

In other news, having tidied my room for the first time in many moons, it's amazing how much you never knew you had. Some examples would be my very own connexions planner, a pair of squashed sunglasses and a lunchbox full of mould.
It's not all doom and gloom, though. I managed to make, edit and upload two more videos to youtube this week. Excitement.

For father's day, I managed to produce some funky little cakes for my dad's consumption, and we saw my foster cousin Ashley for the first time in aaages the day before.

So enough rambling.
Till next time, all.

(ooh, i've just learn't how to do these... n_n >_< v_v O_o )

Installations, shortbread & Eleni.

This is my third attempt at writing this blog, as my computer seems to think that resetting the computer to install updates is funny! *mutters under breath about technology*

But apart from that, I thought I'd talk about my blog title. I'm sure there are at least two peeps out there who know the significance of shortbread, one of whom is called lemon mouse.
In a quick little nutshell, shortbread was a nickname kindly given to me by a certain Tom Atkinson (Jennie's big brother). I was short, I was sweet, so I was shortbread. I hated that nickname, because quite frankly, I didn't like shortbread!
So why on earth is it my blog title? Well I was sat here in this very seat, thinking to myself "What do I call this soon-to-be-world-famous blog?" and as I munched on the piece of shortbread I had with me, the slide show screen-saver kicked in, giving me a fabulous picture of a walk I went on with Jennie Atkinson (us sliding down a mountain on ASDA bags - long story).
I look at the picture, I look at my shortbread, I look at the pictue again. *little light-bulb appears above head* *ping!*. So there you have it, a point of mild interest in this mildly uninteresting blog!

Secondly, I'd like to say a special hi in this blog to Eleni Wood! Because you, Eleni, are my one and only follower! I really should get vicki or someone to take a look. I feel like i'm just writing crazy e-mails to you otherwise!

In all generalness of life, I have just one exam remaining, and a whole (can't be bothered to cout how many) days left until I have to take it! My wrist is kinda achey after the lovely two-hour drama exam today, but enough about that. Who wants to talk about exams!
I'll be cooking something more complex than bacon tonight for the first time! (did i mention i can't cook - not even scrambled egg!) this cooking involves turning the oven on at the right time, setting the oven to the right heat, and putting my mum's lasagne in. It's not that complicated, I know, but if you hear fire-sirens going past your house, that'll be me.

Thankyou for flying with shortbread airlines. Over and out.

hello, world.

Well here i am, then.
Dear world, it's becky here.
I'm not gonna go for the whole "yayayay first blog" rubbish -
So... how am i?

Well i've been ploughing through our year 11 exams over the last 7 or 8 weeks. The graphics exam today was like "what the hell is THAT supposed to be?" and reading the symbols was like trying to understand another language. Something tells me it's not gonna be a great result. But overall, the exams havn't been that horrendous.
I should also really be cracking on with my human geography revision now, but five more minuites won't hurt...

My videos on youtube have gained a sort of vauge recognition from my breif fame on AmazingPhil's channel, so i try to entertain my 15 subscribers a best as i can.
Oooh! And the new "Sam In Faceland" is gonna be edited and (hopefully) ready by next week - exam permitting. Which is... exciting.

I'm sure i'll warm up to blogging eventually. This first one is more of a ramble - but that's how i started off on twitter and all that lot, so we'll see how it goes.

A final thing to say would be that if i end up dead - it's because i've now set up so many internet accounts that i must be a stalker's dream!

Laterz you lot. =P
